General Ticketing Conditions

• Fares are subject to change without prior notice.
• Change of booking fee: USD75 for Johannesburg, USD50 for Dar es Salaam, Victoria Falls, and Bulawayo.
• Cancellation before departure: USD75 fee. Fare paid less applicable cancellation fee. After departure, no refund.
• Ticketing must be done at all Air Zimbabwe Offices or any Travel Agent.
• Baggage allowance: No children discount on all classes except Y class (25% discount for children aged 2-11 years). Business class children pay 100%.
• Infants (less than 2 years) receive a 90% discount.
• Fares are combinable with the most restrictive rules applying.
• Reservations not ticketed 48 hours after booking will be cancelled. If booked within 48 hours of departure, ticketing must be simultaneous.
• Applicable changes permitted if the same booking class is available. Otherwise, an upgrade to the next higher fare is required.
• Valid on UM services only. Non-reroutable and non-endorsable.
